This page will give you some information on how to best use our HR Pro Suite. This is our online ticketing system that allows you to set up requests for customized HR Answers, as well as requests to get advice from a real HR Professional. Of course, all agents are US based. Each video is typically 1 to 5 minutes so that you can quickly learn a topic, and then use the information immediately.
If you do not see a topic you need, please contact your assigned processor and we will either provide the weblink for that topic or create a new video for you.
