We are making it easy for new clients to qualify for three month's free payroll service or up to a $500 gift card with their new payroll.

 Here is how you can receive your promotional value:
 
1 – Limited quantities, call now to reserve your appointment and receive your quote.
 
2 – Promotional offer expires 1/31/2015.

3 - Client must sign Payroll Services Agreement and initiate payrolls by January 31, 2015.
 
4 - First three month's payroll service (base fee plus per check fee), and with a $500 maximum value, called Discounted Fees will be at no charge based on twelve month service agreement, and cancellation charge.  These discounted fees will be charged and 100% discounted. 
 
5 - $500 Gift Card - instead of the first there month's free of payroll, client may choose a Visa(r) or Mastercard(r) gift card for up to $500, based on the Discounted Fees as described above.  This gift card will be provided after 3 months or 13 weeks of payroll services invoiced and paid.
 
6 - If the payroll service is cancelled prior to the twelfth month, the discounted fees will be invoiced as a Promotional Cancellation Fee, and immediately be charged and debited from client's bank account next day or within up to 30 days.  Client agrees this Promotional Cancellation Fee is due to Pink Payroll or Pink Concepts Inc and dbas.
 
7 – Cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts.  Eligible when client has purchased regularly priced payroll services.
 
8 – This product and promotional rules may change.  Print this web page with URL and present with your Postcard to Pink Payroll representative at signup to be eligible for this offer.  We reserve the right to provide offer without you printing this document.
 
9 – Written eligibility, based on your service level of fees, and complete offer rules will be provided at sign up.
 
10 – You must be on official mailing list for this promotional postcard, validated by Pink Payroll and
only Pink Payroll can make exceptions.
 
11 – Current clients may earn this promotion under a different set of rules, please call us for those
rules.  In general, you may refer us a client who signs up at regular pricing and receive this value yourself.
 
12 – Pink Payroll reserves the right to make final decision on eligibility based on our promotional
guidelines.
 
13 – Offered to new clients of Pink Payroll, who have not run payroll with Pink Payroll in prior 15 months. If client is a different organizational entity with same principal officers controlling company, Pink Payroll has the right to refuse the offer.
 
14 – The rules on this page may change, be extendedor expire, print your copy now, although Pink Payroll reserves right to amend rules before client signs acceptance of offer and initiates payroll services.
